Had a wonderful stay at this well-operated new property. The customer service at this property was especially top notch, making an already comfortable stay that much better. I was absolutely blown away by the exceptional guest relations/customer service provided by Tien at the front desk and Anisa from the in-room dining team - they both really went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Osman from the valet parking team was also super friendly, as was Anik. Thank you JW Marriott Reston Station team for a wonderful stay!

Despite a rocky start, we very much enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel. With some initial service failures (such as not getting the room type that we reserved), we were a little offput at the beginning of our stay, but then the staff service kicked in, with Lucia at the front desk quickly and efficiently rectifying the situation. Her genuine care and concern are a rarity, and she quickly got our stay back on track. The hotel itself is beautiful--well done and well appointed. The beds and pillows were amazing, and we felt very rested after our stay. Thank you, Lucia for helping us and making us feel at home!

I work within the #Hilton ecosystem, yet excellence across our industry strengthens all of us. When teams deliver thoughtful, consistent service, it elevates the reputation of hospitality as a whole. A personal full-circle moment as well. Fourteen years ago, I was part of the opening team for JW Marriott Chandigarh. Seeing the brand continue to deliver refined experiences across markets is meaningful. Appreciation to the JW Marriott Reston team for hosting with grace and precision. I recently visited this hotel for a work trip and it felt like a home away from home. Not only is the hotel brand new, but it certainly did not feel like a hotel. As a platinum member, I had access to their club lounge which provides snacks 24/7. The rooms were more spacious than other hotels I’ve stayed in and it had a cozy, beautiful design. The beds a very plush and comfortable. The gym had everything I needed; a peloton bike and plenty of machines, so I could start my day off right. The restaurant, The Simon, was spectacular. Everything I ordered was delicious! The burger, the steak and frites, the salmon and the baked oysters. Oh my gosh, the desserts. I was able to try them all at a dinner party and I truly could not pick my favorite. The staff all around were very gracious and accommodating. I WILL be back next time I am in Reston.

The level of personalization, responsiveness, and respect shown to loyal Marriott travelers is outstanding — easily among the best I’ve experienced across the entire Marriott portfolio. The amenities are outstanding. From beautifully designed spaces to top-tier fitness and dining options, everything feels intentional and elevated. It’s a hotel that manages to be luxurious while still feeling comfortable and effortless. I travel to this market frequently for work, and after multiple stays, my decision is simple: this will be the only hotel I stay at going forward. The JW Marriott Reston Station isn’t just one of the best JW Marriotts — it’s one of the best Marriott properties, period. If you value exceptional service, pristine accommodations, and a hotel that truly understands how to treat its guests — especially loyal ones — this property is an absolute standout. I couldn’t be happier and look forward to many more stays ahead.

We had an unforgettable experience at JW Marriott Reston Station for the wedding on December 21, 2025, and I cannot thank Dante Taylor and his entire team enough for making our special day truly perfect. From the very beginning, Dante and his team went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our hotel room and overall stay was flawless. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care made us feel incredibly valued during such an important moment in our lives. The hospitality was exceptional from the seamless coordination to the outstanding service and warm, welcoming attitude of every team member we encountered. It was clear that the entire staff takes great pride in delivering excellence, and it truly showed throughout our stay. If you are anywhere near Reston, stay here if you can. Truly exceptional service. The front desk staff, every single time, have gone above and beyond to provide support and care. The room service food is outstanding. This is the kind of hotel where you can get room service every night and not miss anything by not going out. Rooms are perfectly clean (It is still new so maybe that has something to do with it but our rooms have been immaculate). Love seeing a customer focused establishment that just leaves you appreciative of the care and concern to make your stay enjoyable. Highly recommend! Edit: Forgot to add, their bread is fantastoc, everything from grilled chase to the bread on the turkey club and around the crab roll. My wife highly recommends the bread basket for breakfast!

I stayed at the Reston JW Marriott for the entire month of November and most of December 2025. I really enjoyed my stay, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. The property is new, clean and well maintained. The lounge is comfortable welcoming. The lounge staff is attentive and helpful. Unfortunately, i was not able to enjoy the evening activities due to work. The breakfast was always plentiful and special. The restaurant has an amazing breakfast menu. I really enjoyed the eggs benedict, brioche french toast, and the pancakes. It is hard to imagine menu items that may be considered typical and simple a decadent indulgence, my go to comfort food which made my stay away from my home and family enjoyable. More importantly Director of Luxury Sales assisted with my reservation. She was available, and assisted with my stay always available and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay and the staff made my time away from family pleasant. A great place to relax and visit.
